Do you think dreams are real? Do you think that a dream could really be a sign of things to come?

There was a large storm outside. Thunder, lightning, and gallons of rain. So Xena and I took shelter in a cave. We had just finished a small battle, and Xena's leg had a huge gash on it. I started to sew it up, but she said that I had salior's hands, and did the rest herself. Twelve stitches, I think.

I went to investigate it. I fell into this big hole.

I'm serious. It was this big hole, just right there in the middle of the ground. I fell, and I just kept going down and down, over and over. It was worse than when I fell with Hope.

She came out to see where I went, and when she saw me fall down into the hole, she dove in after me. When we landed, we were in this beautiful place. It was more wonderful than the Elysian Fields. Xena and I were surrounded by beautiful flowers and birds. It was paradise.

So Xena and I explored. We ran into a strange little man, who talked to Xena, and Xena then said that we had to go to the palace and see an Adin person. It sounded strange. I had no idea.

We entered the palace, and found ourselves in a place of pleasure. Walking down the halls, I became intrigued by the blue statues. Made of blue marble, they stood in impossible positions. Some were bent all the way back, touching their head to their heels. It looked painful, and yet was called art, and was lovely.

We continued on, and was presented to a large throneroom. There we met Adin, a man who looked Indian. He was tall, and very muscular. He wore a stone in his forehead, and mendhi, the ancient Hindu tatoos on his arms.

This was our first big encounter.
