I was a weapon, fast and lethal in fight,

I was tree decoration one solstice night,

Created for hero I was forged of steel,

I was used by a bard for cutting eel.

It is hard to count the battles I've seen...

But once I was stolen by Warrior Queen,

She sent me to kill, but it was too much

And so I was broken on the Ides of March
